Imagine you took a coffee mug and then improved it, perfected it. The result would be the Lino Mug. I first encountered these mugs in a coffee shop in Long Beach, CA many years back. I tried to buy one from the shop but they wouldn't sell them. I searched and found Not Neutral and ordered directly from the company. Years later they are easy to find and come in a variety of colors. An individual mug is $24.95 and a set of 4 costs $74.
At half the price of the Linos, these Made In Mugs have a vintage diner vibe. They are well proportioned, well made, and feel solid and balanced in the hand. Additionally, they are "crafted in England." So the next time you have company over and give them a cup of coffee you can say, "you know, these are made in England." Isn't that worth $12.25 per mug?
